Home category products are not eligible for returns or exchange unless the product delivered has a quality/manufacturing defect OR has been delivered broken. Please do photograph the defect as soon as you open the packaging.
Products purchased during the sale period / discounted pricing are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Customized, personalized, engraved, or made-to-order products are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been confirmed/production has started.
In case of any damage or manufacturing defect, the customer must inform us within 24/48 hours of delivery along with clear photographs/video of the product and packaging.
Change of mind, personal preference, color preference, size preference, or incorrect selection by the customer will not be considered as a valid reason for return or exchange.
Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled after processing, customization, packing, or dispatch, as applicable.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, customer unavailability, or failure to collect the parcel, applicable reshipping charges may be payable by the customer.
